Welcome to Party Riot

Based in Rosenberg, Texas, Party Riot is my venture into professional balloon art and local entertainment. What started as a hobby—learning to twist balloons to fix a broken toy for my sister—has grown into a passion for bringing a little extra color and creativity to every event I attend.

I believe that every celebration, whether it’s a small neighborhood gathering or a big birthday party, is an opportunity to make someone’s day a bit brighter. I take pride in every creation I make, focusing on quality and smiles rather than just speed.

As a homeschool student, Party Riot is more than just a job for me—it’s my way of learning how to build something from the ground up. While I handle the creative side and the twisting, my parents are always by my side to help with the logistics and scheduling to make sure every event goes perfectly.

Services & Pricing

Balloon Art

Whether it is a birthday party, a neighborhood block party, or a school event, I enjoy taking the time to make each animal or shape special.

  • Birthday Parties: Custom hats, animals, and crowns.
  • Community Events: Entertainment for local gatherings.
  • Special Requests: Feel free to ask for something unique!

Pricing & Booking

To keep the business side simple and professional, I use a flat-rate approach for all events:

Rate: $20 per hour
Minimum: 2 hours per booking

This covers my time, all balloon materials, and my setup. Since I am a homeschool student, I often have a flexible schedule for weekday events or community visits.

Logistics & Safety

Because I am a student, this is a family-supported venture. While I handle the creative work, my parents manage the “behind-the-scenes” details.

All bookings, scheduling, and final logistics are reviewed by my parents, and they always accompany me to every event to ensure a safe and professional experience for everyone.

Community & Volunteering

One of the reasons I started Party Riot was to share a little joy with others. I am especially passionate about using my skills to help kids who might be going through a difficult time.

If you are organizing a charitable event for a hospital, shelter, or local non-profit, please reach out. I would love to discuss volunteering my time to twist balloons for your cause. We always try our best to make time for organizations making a difference in the Houston area.

About Me

Bridgette

It all started with a broken dog. My younger sister and I had just come home from a party, and her favorite balloon animal popped. Seeing how disappointed she was, I decided to see if I could fix it. I started looking up tutorials to figure out how to twist the latex without it breaking, and I realized I actually really enjoyed the process.

What began as a way to fix a toy turned into a dedicated hobby. I spent hours teaching myself new shapes—from simple swords to more complex animals—and eventually, I started bringing my kit to the birthday parties we were already attending. After volunteering to make balloons for the other kids, I was surprised when parents started offering to pay me for my time.

Today, I’ve turned that hobby into a professional service. There is something really rewarding about taking a simple balloon and turning it into something that makes a kid’s day. Whether it’s a small neighborhood gathering or a big birthday event, I love bringing a little extra creativity and a lot of smiles to the party.

Credits

While I’m the one twisting the balloons, I definitely don’t do this alone. Every great business needs a solid crew, and I’m lucky to have the best one helping me learn the ropes.

A huge thanks goes to my dad, Ryan Roth. He’s the one who taught me that if you want to learn how a business works, you don’t just read a textbook—you get out there and build it. Whether he’s troubleshooting this website, or making sure I have everything I need for a party, he’s always there to support my ideas.

I also couldn’t do this without my mom, Michelle. She is the one who keeps Party Riot moving! From making sure I’m always stocked with the best supplies to getting me (and all my gear) exactly where I need to be, she handles all the heavy lifting behind the scenes.

She’s my “Event Coordinator” and the reason I can show up to every party ready to create. I’m so grateful for her help in making this business a reality.
